I'm an aunt I'm an aunt I'm an aunt! wahoooo! Little Emily Jean was born on 12/14 at 10:18pm. She weighed in at 6lbs 10 oz. I can not tell you how excited I am. Who knew you could love a child this much that isn't even your own??? Isn't she just beautiful?

damn computer

I had this big long post about how freaking cold it is. About how we're leaving for disney and how we have 4 days at disney and 2 days at Sea world... and bam. Gone. My computer ate it.

now I don't feel like typing. Wahhhh! Oh I took some adorable pics of the girls today! Hang on let me add them.

Brooke will turn 8 on the 28th. I can't believe how fast time flies. She has to go to Raleigh for some kidney tests on the 20th. Blah! Im not looking forward to this.

Drama of the day...

So.. Granny is 82. She calls me today to tell me that her cell phone has totally stopped working. She wants me to call her to see if it rings becuase for two days now--- it hasn't worked for her. She can't dial out, she can't get in coming calls or anything. Well damn. It's not working. I don't know what the deal is!

So I suggest to her taht she press the red "End" button on the phone. She said there was no lights anywhere. She hits the red "End" button and guess what? The damn thing turns ON! Granny.. Ya have to have the phone ON in order to make it work :) Lord help me!

Charlie has a surprise birthday party to go to this weekend. I'm not even wanting to go but I guess I have no choice. It will be the "Drunk Charlie and his drunk coworker" party again. I'll probably have just as much fun as I had at the "Drunk Charlie and his drunk coworked" Christmas party last week. This week? Maybe I'll drink and remind the drunk coworked of some relationship manners.

Anthony just got home from school. He has been getting Christmas break fever. He doesn't want to go to school. I would feel stupid letting him get out of school though. he's going to get a huge break here in what? 10 days? He needs to chill out.

I think I have bronchitis. Im just not feeling well. It's been like a 2 week illness. As soon as I feel better-- I get sick all over again.. I give up!

Its been a long time :)

Its been a while since I've updated this stupid thing. I just couldn't be bothered with it much anymore. I had Thanksgiving in Pennsylvania this year with Charlies dad and his girlfriend and her friends. It was pretty nice. The kids went to their dads from Wednesday until Sunday and that was good for them, too. They were excited to come home and bummed that their dad didn't take them anywhere. Oh well, reality sucks sometimes ya know?

I swore while in PA visiting that Id never live there again. Holy shit. Can we say cold? I cant believe that I went outside at all when I lived there. Hello!?!?!? It was like 15 in the morning. FIFTEEN! (not a typo) Wow. Freezing. On black Friday my friend Jody and I went out. It sounded like such a good idea. Boring!!!! I think I had about 14 mixed drinks and still wasn't as drunk as I'd like to have been. We ended up getting a hotel room and sharing a king size bed. That's the story of his life. The dream he's been waiting for. He finally got to sleep with Missy. Well-- he didn't have SEX but he did get to sleep with me LOL We figured it was better than attempting to drive anywhere. We were right.

I came back home on Sunday almost immediately had the flu. My body was in shock I think from that PA weather. I was down for about 4 days and it wasn't until Friday that I finally felt pretty good. I hurt in areas that I didn't know could hurt. Like my calf muscles were soooo sore.

And now? It's Christmas time! My tree is up! Wahooo. I bought a tree last week to take to Disney with us. I also got some ornaments for it. They are ugly--- but they will do LOL All of our tickets are bought, too. What a relief. 4 days at Disney and 2 at SeaWorld. That should be plenty. The kids are getting excited but I think I'm the one who is REALLY excited :)

A man came today to clean our carpets. Holy shit. They look brand new again. I love love love clean carpets. These kids will be killed if they take anything out of this kitchen. I swear!
